What I can do for your company

I work through my consultancy, Louzada.net, or as part of a company's technical leadership. Most of my work starts before the code, in the decisions about how a product should work, and continues while it is built.

  • Architecture for a new product

    I decide how the parts of a new system fit together and what to build first, then I lead the team that builds it. At Starnorte I did this for NavBus, which sells bus and boat tickets on a card machine, at the counter and in an app, and for ViverCart.

  • Technical leadership for founders

    I'm CTO at Starnorte. Before that I was founder and CTO of two startup projects. I was also co-founder and solutions architect of Tá Liso, a marketplace deployed in several cities in Pará. I can take the same role at an early-stage company until it has its own technical lead.

  • Rebuilding a system the business runs on

    Replacing a system that runs the company every day means the old one has to keep working until the new one is ready. Transworld hired me in 2026 to design the next generation of the ERP I built for them in 2006, which still runs their operation.

  • Platforms and proposals for the public sector

    I design platforms for the public sector, from the technical proposal to operation. CAD-RUA, developed together with IPPPS and Evolução Clínica e Consultoria, was selected by FAPERJ in a competitive public call, and I am the project's coordinator and architect. I also designed ProElas, which city governments adopt to protect women facing violence.

  • Payments and marketplaces

    On NavBus, Pix payments go straight to each vehicle owner, split automatically and reconciled, and sales continue offline. On Tá Liso, one order had to reach the right shop and the right courier.

  • Integration and AI engineering

    I connect systems and APIs so that data entered once reaches everyone who needs it. For AI engineering work, I bring my specialization in the advanced use of artificial intelligence technologies.

How I work

I'm based in Rio de Janeiro, at UTC-3, which overlaps with working hours in the United States and Europe. I work with teams anywhere in the world, remotely or on site.

I stay hands-on. On the projects above I wrote proposals and designed architecture, and I also wrote code and trained the people who use the systems.
