Business context
Tá Liso brings consumers, merchants and couriers together in a multi-sector digital marketplace in Pará, Brazil. The business extends beyond food delivery, connecting different categories of local commerce and services within one operation.
My contribution
As CTO and co-founder, I designed the business model, helped structure the operation and defined the technology architecture. My work also included developing strategic systems for the platform and coordinating its infrastructure implementation.
Connecting the business model to the platform
The project brought business and technology responsibilities into the same role. The marketplace model, operational structure, application systems and infrastructure had to support how consumers, merchants and couriers participated in the service. My contribution covered both those product decisions and the technical work behind them.
Relevant experience
This project illustrates my work across solution architecture, marketplace operations, technical leadership and hands-on systems development. It is an example of connecting a business concept to the systems and infrastructure required to operate it.
