2026–present · Ongoing project · In production
NavBus is an integrated ticketing, fleet operations and payments platform for road and waterway passenger transport, developed and operated by Starnorte. It currently serves thousands of passengers and supports hundreds of trips every day.
Connecting sales, boarding and revenue
The platform connects ticket sales at terminals and on board to boarding validation, the trip, the vehicle and the responsible operator. Fleet owners can follow operations and review results by vehicle, route and period, tracing revenue back to the transaction that generated it.
One platform across transport contexts
Road transport workflows include ticketing, occupancy, parcel shipments, expenses, fleet monitoring and crew management. Waterway operations add crossings, accommodation types, intermediate ports and onboard retail. Field applications support offline sales with synchronization when connectivity returns.
Payments connected to operational records
The Pix integration with Efí connects payment requests and bank confirmations to the financial status of each ticket. Automatic payment splitting between the owner and the platform, together with transaction identifiers, supports reconciliation and financial reporting. Owner dashboards distinguish revenue, commissions and outstanding settlements.
My focus and ongoing delivery
